No audio from Firefox despite functioning elsewhere.

Windows 10 Home - Firefox Quantum 66.0.1

I have full functionality of my audio everywhere except Firefox. The issue exists across all websites. I see audio levels on Windows mixer from Firefox, but nothing comes through the speaker. I also tried headphones. 

I have tried the following troubleshoot methods with no success.

1) Muted tab? No. 2) Bad add-ons and extensions? No. 3) Reinstalled Firefox 4) Enable/disable hardware acceleration. 5) Troubleshoot Audio Devices

Start->Run->services.msc Go to Windows Audio->Right Click-> Properties Toggle Start/Stop
