You can press the back button repeatedly until the tab closes. Note that this only closes the tab. It may not remove the information about the tab until the end session button (trash can) is pressed in Focus.

Okay, but shouldn't there be a simpler and more straightforward way of doing this?

Is Focus somehow not supposed to be used with tabs?

Or maybe we can fix the root of the problem: I tend to open a bunch of tabs to interesting articles or links and then close them after reading. Is there a different workflow to do something similar?
