I want to change my firewall setting and Firefox is not listed in my program files
I followed the instructions to add Firefox to my Firewall and when I got to the part to add an App it said that Firefox is not listed in my program files.

Which firewall?
Did you read this support article? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/configure-firewalls-so-firefox-can-access-internet
Windows 10. Yes I followed the instructions in the article you recommended and Firefox was not listed.
On 64-bit Windows, it should be here:
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
However, on systems that previously had 32-bit Firefox, it may be here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
How do I add that back to my program files? It isn't there.

If your firewall doesn't let you browse to an EXE file to approve/block it, then I guess it doesn't really matter where it is on disk...
Maybe I should change to Google Chrome for my default.
Now I'm getting Network Protocol Errors. What does that mean?

What's the wording of the error? Does it affect all sites, particular sites, etc.?
Thanks for the suggestions. I will get back to you once I have the answers to your questions.
Here's the question what firewall are you using? And what security software is installed. It sounds like your having security software issue and it might be best to have a computer shop see what is going on with it in person.
Thank you.
