I am unable to search any of the records at ancestry.com, which I've done for years. I cleared the cookies/cache. I don't get an error message, when I fill in the form and then choose Search nothing happens. When I use Google Crome it works fine. My Firefox says it's up to date and current

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you, the problem was solved when I shut off the hardware acceleration. I think I'll just leave that shut off until I see what else doesn't work.
