Suddenly I can no longer login into my bank account. Spoke with bank technical support. They were not even seeing my access. Website returns 'login incorrect' every time I attempt to login. Rebooted computer, and Firefox to no avail. Tried login with Internet Explorer and had no trouble accessing account. Must be an incompatibility with Firefox all of a sudden. Ideas???

Manually type in your login data, verify it, then send it. Remember passwords are case sensitive.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
