Firefox crashes on startup
Hi,
I’m having an issue where my Mozilla browser keeps crashing upon startup.
I repaired Mozilla a few moments ago, created an account, imported my bookmarks from Chrome web browser, added two extensions (TrueKey and McAfee WebAdvisor), tweeked a few parameters concerning default pages, sync options between devices and closed Mozilla. Then, I tryed reopening it, Mozilla displayed itself for a second then crashed. Tried booting it in SafeMode but to no avail, same thing happens.
Here is the crash ID: bp-a0ba91ad-cfc2-40a5-9c5d-8750c0190226
If someone can help me understand what is causing this, I would appreciate it
Thanks in advance!

hi rylan, this problem usually arises when you downgraded to an older version of the browser but kept the same firefox profile (that stores all your settings, customizations etc).
to solve the problem it should be enough to download and install a current version of firefox again: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Thank you philipp for your answer
I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser and I believe that works fine now.
Thanks again!
