in bookmarks history the months are in Islamic calendar and messing up messages. H-2 change back to Gregorian calendar?

In show all bookmarks - history- the months are designated in Farsi where it is 1397. This is affecting messages and has also shown up in Thuderbird. But I think I have stumbled on to the source of the problem. How can I get bookmarks history back in a Gregorian Calendar? Could this be effecting other things or have another source that is affecting bookmarks?
