How to overcome problem with method advised for starting Profile Manager
Have saved a profile, I wish to access the data following reload of operating system and Thunderbird. The method suggested for accessing the Profile Manager (on the support page) only succeeds in opening Thunderird, so unable to manage/create a profile. Help in resolving issue would receive significant appreciation. Cheers, cornish

This worked fine. The problem experienced seemed to result from using the Mozilla Support "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -p format. Thank you for the assist. cornish
