ISP moved email to 3rd party, I can no longer receive/send emails via Thunderbird?

Everything was running properly until 1/28/19 when ISP transferred their email system to a 3rd party provider who uses a webmail based platform. ISP says all email files in Thunderbird were "synced" with new provider but I'm unable to receive/send any emails. ISP doesn't know what to do and I certainly don't! Any suggestions?

Who is the new provider and the current ISP? Do they still offer IMAP access after the switch or just webmail?
