How can I return to the version of Firefox I was using yesterday, without losing anything? Thank you

Everything was working fine yesterday. Today I accepted to install the newest version of Firefox, and now I can no longer get my e-mails and bookmarks. I would appreciate it if you could restore my computer (a MacbookAir) to as it was functioning yesterday. Thank you

What version did you want to go back to? Note: Some of the Quantum version datafiles were changed, making them not backward compatible.

But there is a way around this.
