You may be looking at a help article for the desktop version of Firefox.

What is the issue that you are having with Firefox for Android? Perhaps I can help fix it...?

Although the problem no longer exists, I thought the direction to open in safe mode came from within the mobile browser's help menu. Should there be some warning/notification if being redirected to help for the desktop? version. btw, thanks for the responses :)
