Flashing of a minimized Firefox window

Hello, when a Firefox window is in a minimized (or not active) mode and a website content is loading, it tends to indicate finished loading by flashing it's icon on the Windows' taskbar. I do not like this feature, it is distracting. How could I switch if off, please?
