Dear hamad4715,

If there is no way for you to get back the two-step authentication, you can try to reset the password of your Sync account to see if maybe that will give access to the account settings. (if you don't succeed right away, you may have to try again)

Unfortunately you will lose all data stored on the Sync server when you reset your Sync account password .....

If you have tried to reset the password to your Sync account (more than once) and you still can't sign, then would you please go over the posts in this bug report :

Maybe you could try the workaround that is mentioned there (private window) and see if that will work for you.

Can you access the main site?

Make sure you do not block cookies and that you do not use Private Browsing mode.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
