How to change text and menus direction to right-to-left

I am using Hebrew and sometimes English. Since I installed Thunderbird, until a few days ago, all menus, texts and display were correctly displayed from right to left. I did not need any add-ons either. Now it is left to right and I can't change it. Any suggestions?
