Firefox for Android does not quit

When I quit Firefox for Android, the 'Clearing private data...' pops up at the bottom of the screen and then nothing happens. I have been having the problem occasionally since Firefox 60 but in the latest version (63.0.2) it happens almost all of the time. I think its to do with the new Firefox Quantum engine.

I recently changed my settings to clear sites data on exit and I think that's what has made this problem flare up.

If anyone at Mozilla is reading this then know you gotta get your shit together. I have had to uninstall Firefox as its useless and this is the first time I have ever had to do that and I started using Firefox back probably before you even knew what it was, at version 1.0.x. Chrome will continue to smash Firefox to pieces over crap like this.
