"Upgraded" to iOS Mojave (sp?) and now a lot of the content I see on youtube and facebook has commercials in it. Add Block isn't working. Suggestions?

Just as above. I have AddBlock and things like that, yet a lot of online content is suddenly inundated with commercials in the middle of them since the iOS upgrade. PLEASE HELP!!
