CSS code to auto expand the editBMpanel folderTree

Firefox 63.0.1 in Linux I'm looking for CSS code to make the folderTree in editBMpanel open with the folderTree already expanded, rather than click it hundreds of times per week... I've found everything about the panel, except how to make it automatically expand.

I mean the down arrow to the outside of the panel's UI, that gives access to scroll the whole bookmarks library. The button that has tooltip, "Show all the bookmarks folders."

I'm assuming this CAN be done w/ CSS. If not, that explains the trouble finding how.

That folder panel has this ID and has a collapsed attribute that is toggled.

<vbox id="editBMPanel_folderTreeRow" collapsed="true">

Active CSS code:

[collapsed="true"], [moz-collapsed="true"] {
    visibility: collapse;
}

You can try this code, but I don't know if the folder pane will be initialized properly because of the collapsed="true" attribute.

#editBMPanel_folderTreeRow[collapsed="true"] {visibility:visible !important}

The button uses this code to toggle the collapsed state:

<button id="editBMPanel_foldersExpander" class="expander-down" tooltiptext="Show all the bookmarks folders" tooltiptextdown="Show all the bookmarks folders" tooltiptextup="Hide" oncommand="gEditItemOverlay.toggleFolderTreeVisibility();"/>
