Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?

Everything went wrong on my computer. I think someone has hacked my pc. The scroll bar on my Linkedin publishing platform, got stuck and cannot work so I can't publish anything. Then when I tried to changed my yahoo. password, I get the message 'incorrect password even though I did everything correctly and when I clcked on it adamantly, it messaged me 'please try again in 15 minutes time and then in 5 minutes time and then in a few seconds time and the whole episode would start all over again and again it seemed forever. And when I tried to change my forgotten Amazon password it kept on asking me to verify my identity with my account number which indicated fraud and foul play at work Please help. I am also trying to lodge a police report. But the culprits could be Americans and not locals. I am a Singaporean. Can you please help me?
