my server is orange.fr, but my sent emails from T/B do not appear in my orange account -can you assist please?
Hi - My server is orange.fr. When I send messages using t/b they appear in my t/b sent box but do not appear in my orange.fr sent box. I thought I had set all the setting right for imap but maybe you could advise. Received emails are shown in both the orange.fr inbox and the t/b inbox. Many thanks Timbo1

right click the orange account and select subscribe. Is the ornage send folder subscribed (Whatever they call it. IIRC it is a french word that is not correctly interpreted.
Right click the account again in the folder pane and select account settings. In copies and folders is the correct send folder set as the "send mail" folder? I am thinking it is not.

Does orange have a folder called "sent" and is it the one they put sent webmail into this is not a "is it correct" it is an "is it the same" question I can not answer as I have no idea what folder orange actually offers.
Hi Matt - thanks for your help but now I have another problem. I lost all my emails in my Inbox but have managed to recover those but I have not been able to recover the inbox sub folders or their contents. I have looked through the profile info. but can't see how to achieve this. I think orange have sorted out my origianl problem. Many thanks Timbo1
If you account is IMAP check on the orange server (web mail) that the folders exist still. Mail folder on IMAP accounts often disappear when there are connectivity issues with the server. They reappear when the connection issues are fixed.
