When i am opening up firefox it loads the last session (as it should), but it opens old cached versions of them all, instead of loading them again. Is there some setting to make them load up as new sites?

Chosen solution

To do this manually; Load the web page. Then, to reload the page bypassing the cache and force a fresh retrieval; Ctrl+Shift+R (Mac=Command+Shift+R)

What I do is this; Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.

Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on Cache and Form And Search History.

You can use "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the disk cache to prevent Firefox from loading pages from the cache.
