We are trying to open PDF's directly in Acrobat Reader, this works fine for direct file downloads, however if the file is retrieved from a database and the pdf is generated Firefox asks me everytime what I want to do with the file (regardless if I ask to remember my decision). How can I have these types of PDF's open instantly?
