Address bar "visit" suggestion can't be turned off

more options

I always turn off all kinds of url suggestion except bookmark. After updating to Firefox 63.0b14, one extra entry (with "Visit" in the righthand side) appears in the suggestion list. Unfortunately it can't be turned off via preference setting. I managed to turn it off by setting browser.urlbar.autofill to false.

It's suspicious that where the url autofilled comes from, I NEVER save any browsing history, I NEVER use firefox account to sync anything. I don't have time to read the source code but I doubt Firefox does preserve history secretly.

If you don't have any history, autofill may use a list of popular sites to provide suggestions. I haven't looked into that in detail because I disable autofill myself.
