Customize default language for search provider

Hi,

One annoying thing is that because all browser data gets flushed on exit, and I live abroad, whenever I search for things on google for instance, it defaults to the local language instead of English, so I always have to set the search engine to my language every time I search. It would be nice if I could set the default search engine to search in a language of my choice rather than just be hard coded like it is now.
