Support Forum

I received this - "Help us improve Mozilla Support (link included)" - but the link does not work.

Posted

Presumably this is really from Mozilla because I clicked on a "Dis-satisfied" query the other day - it's from "Madalina from Mozilla Support <invites@mailer.surveygizmo.com> ".

It has a link to start the survey, but the link does not work., so maybe it's bogus.

PC Magazine says surveygizmo is a good tool for conducting surveys, so it's possible that Mozilla uses them.

It would be nice if someone from Mozilla could confirm this.
