Bookmark Toolbar Folder Locations Revert After Moving Them

I move a folder, or multiple, and after a few minutes, they're all back to where they were before I moved them.

IF you are using Sync, Disconnect from the Sync server before re-arranging folders of bookmarks or many individual bookmarks. Then when your changes are complete, reconnect to the Sync server. Just a guess as what might be going on.
