Where do I go to submit a feature request for Firefox browser?

My request is not so much a new feature as a feature tweak. I really like the new Firefox Quantum, but we could use an additional search filter for "last year" (meaning the last twelve months).

It would also be nice to have an advanced search option that allowed for more granular options (including more tha just dates). For instance, a date filter that allows a search on a user-specified date range would give the user substantially more control versus a pre-packaged generic date filter.
