Question owner

I still got the same error. So, I simply moved the clickable Thunderbird icon into my Apps folder. I could then open it and it works.

After several attempts, I finally just moved the Thunderbird Icon in the downloaded volume into the Apps folder, clicked on it and it opened. I now have it installed.
