why did your upgrade mess up my system
an update you did with lightspeed put my printer mostly out of service . it took 3 hours to get it straightened out. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE????? who will pay for that time who will give me back 3 hours?????

Hi, sorry to hear you had problems. and glad to hear you did not need help to fix it, though help was here.
The answer of who will pay is no one. You choose to use a browser that protects your privacy and security with exceptional experience for how ever long you have been using a non-profits browser that when you clicked to download you agreed to terms of service as do all programs paid or free and sites are implied.
Now that it is fixed Volunteer Support wishes a great experience.
