How can the bookmark sync level be increased?

FireFox iOS 12.2 (11231) with FireFox 61.0.2 on Windows 7 64 bit but applies to previous versions of both.

I successively sync bookmarks with iPads and iPhones but they do NOT sync beyond the third level and I require a forth level.

Please do NOT limit the level of bookmark sync.
