• No Firefox window ever appears
• The Firefox window appears but it is an empty frame with no user interface and no content
• The Firefox window appears with toolbars but no page loads
• Firefox starts but it's like a new install with none of your bookmarks or settings
• Et cetera

Mozilla page is different, all my favorites are gone, the bookmarked files are gone. I tried to restart but that don't work ether. What the hell happened?????

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
