How can I close Firefox windows before launching new download when I have previously uninstalled the Firefox I had before

Firefox suddenly would not open. Finally decided to uninstall Firefox from pc (I did) and tried to reinstall. Installation nearly complete and it says that Firefox is running and to close Firefox windows before launching new installation. I had to go to Chrome which I do not like, to do any of this. The only possible Firefox running is the download site. If I close that everything, download and all go away. What can I do?

Please download this Full Version Installer :

Search for Task Manager and see if anything is running , Click and End Task. If is a Firefox then try to uninstall. if issues follow below : Please restart you computer in Safe Mode with Networking :

Uninstall Firefox and reinstall with new download.
