when this site 'should' show left and right arrows to forward or back pictures if the user has uploaded more than one, or if you click on the camera icon it should open a new window that allows the slide show. this does neither. all i get is the fist cursor.

no issues with ebay or other sites, just gumtree. works fine in MS Edge.

running latest FF quantum 64 win10 pro

tried attaching an image but doesn't seem to want to load.. just get the gear spin. (it's a jpg under 1mb)

Could be coding that is different how it interacts with different browsers. I've see this with eBay on FF vs Chrome where some description don't show in FF but show up in Chrome.

The screenshot shows the shield icon and that means that Tracking Protection is actively blocking content.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

Firefox shows the shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case content is blocked by Tracking Protection.

hello did try to do all the suggested but no luck. i'm also running privacy badger and https everywhere as my only add-ons but when disabling them and restarting there is no difference. i looked at web developer but wasn't sure what to maybe turn off.

it's just odd that it works in MS Edge

Works for me in the current Firefox release although the Web Console shows lots of warnings (mainly CORS) and Tracking Protection is blocking some content.

This is done in the gumtree.js file, see screenshot.
