Bookmarks not syncing onto Pixel Xl or Samsung Tab A

My Firefox account is active, up to date and functioning..... Apart from bookmark sync.

I have checked the settings on my PC & bookmarks are selected for sync.

When I use Firefox on my Android devices, the history is available and I can see all of the synced devices.

The history sync & password sync is fully functional so this is why I am frustrated as why the bookmarks won't sync.

Is there any light in the tunnel here?
