FF doesn't give or load such extras AFAIK. So where did you download or install FF from?

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

The System Details list shows you run an older Firefox 59 version that is no longer supported with security updates.

Please update to the current Firefox 61.0.1 release.
