FF crashes only from one geographical location

I've got an issue and seems like it happens only when work from one specific branch of my company. Usually it happens like this: I open one or two tabs (in rare cases it allows opening 3 tabs) - news, google, some work-related stuff - no matter or dependency. It just crashes and that's it. Forgot to mention - safe mode doesn't help, disabling add-ons also doesn't help. Latest FF version, all windows updates installed, etc.

That crash appears to be related to pcapwsp.dll which is part of "ProxyCap Winsock Service Providers".

My advice is to contact your IT Dept for help with that crash. That "ProxyCap Winsock Service Providers" software may need to be updated or your laptop may need a fix.
