the tool bar has been there for 20years now it is gone>??? 

i am 90 so do not remember how it got there in the first place.

Hi, you can get to the Bookmark Toolbar and the Menu Bar by going to 3 Bar Menu and Customize then Mouse to the bottom left and should see Tool Bars. Turn it/them on.

Or mouse to the top of the browser and Right Click and turn them on.

Do you still have other toolbars visible?

Check that you do not run Firefox in Full Screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

Hi, you still maybe able to get to it. as you can see in the picture where I said it would be under Toolbars. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars
