Looking for addon that put bookmarks on new tab page!

On Vivaldi this feature is in-built where all the bookmarks are presented in tiles layout on new tab page. Also I was looking for an addon which can enable to set web-page scaling across firefox.

I have tried what is shown in screenshot, but it does not show bookmarks unless I have visited

So if save the 1st as says into HTML then can use a internal page ( I think ) :
