Why are my settings still saved after I have logged out of mozilla on a computer?

I logged into another computer and then logged out but all my settings remained. How can this be reset?

HI, as we do not know what settings you speak of or what settings you have done we do not know. You could tell us though with more information on the subject.

Some settings are saved in Firefox and some settings are saved in your Profile.

You need to repeat what ever you did that started this question after following the below please : You can try this please : try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st: Delete your Cookies and Cache and TEST.

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.

Is that regarding a Firefox Account for Sync? Where you have access to your Firefox user data via connecting to Sync.
