Sometimes it'll work fine for a bit then will stop responding and then closes. Never had this issue with Chrome on my Kyocera Duraforce Pro.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

Checked, as directed, about: crashes and this is what shows up: "No crash reports have been submitted".

Now what?

Hi

Clearing the application cache should help with this.

From the Android home screen:

  1. Open the setting app (typically a cogwheel)
  2. Select Applications
  3. Select Firefox
  4. Select Clear Cache

This should help, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different soluton for you.
