why has mail not been coming into my Outlook inbox for past 2 days?

I have not intentionally changed any settings but no mail seems to be coming into my Outlook Inbox any more.

Could you please explain how Firefox has anything to do with your Outlook Email Client online or on your system stopping incoming email. As Firefox is not a Email Client/program there would be no reason that Firefox would be stopping email coming in online or on your system as it has to go through Outlook 1st.

Suggest you use a online email system such as yahoo to send yourself email to Outlook to test what is going on. Use another browser Safari to check.
