I am having trouble with an error on my Mac that says "Your profile can't be loaded"
I tried deleting my profiles.ini file and my entire firefox folder (in the library/application_support folder) and firefox software app, to no lucky.
any help would be appreciated, as I am just trying to get my firefox app running for cross browser testing.
Thank you in advanced!
Note that there is a second location used for the caches. You may have to check for issue there as well.
Firefox uses two locations for the Firefox profile folder, so make sure to look in the correct location. Location used for the main profile that keeps your personal data (Root Directory on about:profiles).
- ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/<profile>/
Location used for the disk cache and other temporary files (Local Directory on about:profiles).
