Can't open Google Voice page

I log into Google, go to Google Voice page and just get a constant wait circle. I do the same in Chrome or Edge and it opens the page. Clearing EVERYTHING did not fix it, I deleted the PREFS.JS file and let it rebuild a new one = I made no changes prior to it stopping IE, it was working but stopped with no help from me. I then went back to my uncleared config using the new PREFS.JS file and it still worked.

What is the problem in the old PREFS.JS file??
