The download dialogue box asking if you want to save the file or open with a specific application, has shrunk and I can't see most of it

Hello Mysteryrare,

Would you please take a look at this article :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/changes-toolbars-and-window-sizes-are-not-saved

It could be that you have corrupt xulstore.json or Localstore.rdf
files.

First close Firefox, then open your file browser to this hidden location :

Mac : *~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles

Look for the above mentioned files - then rename or delete them.

And now restart Firefox.

Does that make a difference  ?

What do you mean by file browser? Are you referring to Finder? If so, to what do the *~ symbols refer?

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
