The problem isn't with my computer, or anyone else's for that matter. The software is the problem. And even in version 58.0.2, although faster than the disastrous 59.0.3, it also crashes a lot. And 59.0.3 crashes even more. It's very unstable. It would fail a beta test if issued as that. I've turned off updates so my version will stay where it is. And until it won't work with the current web pages anymore I'll stick with it. 59.0.3 is probably the worst version of Firefox ever released. One bad apple can spoil the whole batch.

HI, thanks. Your experience does not reflect all others though and instead of asking Support for Help with the Issue you reverted back to a insecure and vulnerable unsupported browser.

Next time you may want to ask for help 1st instead of react in reverse.

Also comments such as this does not go any where for anyone to find. To submit suggestions for new or changed features, may I suggest: Feedback: https://qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/FirefoxInput/

Try to disable accessibility services in Firefox.

Your System Details list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.

You can check its content with a text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.

You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
