How do you let your device know that it's on Google after this message I receive: could not prompt Google because of a lack of a device. How do I get it right?

Everytime I try to sign-in to Google I get this message after I fill in the password. "Could not prompt Google " and something about a device as the reason.

Thank you for your question, but this does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android, but is something that the Google support team should be able to help you with.
