TRy posting that image again.
re 'connection to server was reset' There was probably a bit more info with the error message, so the image would be helpful or simply type the info, but make sure to type it all correctly.
This Connection reset can mean, that there is no server for the server name and/orport you use.
Please post the following: In Thunderbird
- Help > Troubleshooting Information
- Do not select checkbox 'Include account name'
- Click on 'Copy text to clipboard'
- In this forum queestion, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'.
- Remove/edit all the info on fonts and printers, but nothing else.

- Exit thunderbird
- Access Firewall
- Make sure Thunderbird is an allowed program
Make sure nothing is blocking the ports you are using.
Post info . In Thunderbird
- Help > Troubleshooting Information
