Unable to add attachments in Firefox for Android

Hi,

I'm using Firefox 59.0.1 on a Samsung Galaxy C8 phone running Android version 7.1.1

The problem I have happens when I try to select a file to upload to a forum or an online photo gallery. When I'm at the screen to choose the file, I can click the "Browse for file" button, but nothing happens. It doesn't respond. I'm expecting to get a screen where I can choose the file. If I use the inbuilt Samsung browser, I am able to attach and upload files, so I'm guessing it's a specific Firefox problem.

This has always been a problem on this phone, regardless of browser version, but I don't know why it's happening and how to fix it.

Please point me in the right direction to solve this problem.
