Hi, rescue your Profile :

See if you can make a new profile then get Firefox to run in the new one :

If works great : transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I have tried to find my previous firefox profile but I dont see it in the application support folder.

Do I need to download and reinstall firefox ? Will I recover my open tabs and windows when I reinstall ?
