Firefox lost all my passwords and it has ruined my life.
4 months ago firefox started saying that another program was using its bookmarks. Since then i cannot access my email, e-bay, bank accounts, etc. My life is really in tatters because of this, i can't get into my main email for 4 months, can't use ebay. am i being hacked no one can help me.....

First, let's make sure your system is clean.
You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
