Disk access tasks slow down after start firefox

Versions: Linux 4.4.0-116-generic #140~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Feb 16 09:25:49 UTC 2018 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux Firefox 59.0b13 (32-bit)

After firefox init all disk io tasks get slow down. Per example, compiling a project takes 0.2s before start firefox take 8s after start firefox. Extract a file, do sudo apt-get update, etc are also tasks that get slow down after firefox is running.

Close firefox doesn't solve the problem, only a reboot can solve the problem. I can be working for hours without any problem but as soon as I start firefox all the above taks get slow down.
